 Anyone out there that worked at the Gino's outside of Sterling on Route 7? Heinz was the Manager, Fred was one of the assistants. Heinz used to make omlets on the grill for the opening crew before we opend the doors. Chicken fat fights. Taking the leftover Kentucky Fried Chicken to parties after closing. I didn't know it then, but it was one of the best jobs I ever had!
