I remember the big treat for our family was to go to Gino's on the highway. I was about five years old and when Mom and Dad just wanted to get out, we'd jump into the old Dodge on a moment's notice and drive on out to have a burger. These were always happy occasions because it was a splurge to "eat out." At least we kids thought that was the best because we'd always get a chocolate milk shake too. Ahh...when we were young. Seems Mom and Dad always had a smile on their faces when we went there. Something about Dad winning his gal's heart when he bought he a big juicy burger in college. So much has changed but we still have the great memories.
