Worked at Gino,s Broad and Snyder from1973 to 1979.Started out in patio then french fries, grill worked counter we had documeters for regesters o my all that paper, then K.F.C. room pots and lids you had to be really careful working back there took a special kind of person for the job, alot of guys failed at it.In 1974 we recieved the collectramatics chicken cooking machines, much safer and we really banged some chicken out on friday nights, abuot 3 cres cors worth.Ihave been an amateur photgrapher for 40 years and still have hundreds of Gino,s pictures from those days,Isent my best shots to Tom Romano and Gino Machetti just recently.Working there in my teens was the best part of my life.Ihope many former employees remember the great Gino,s of broad and snyder, largest gino,s in Philadelphia with a seating capacity of 220.
