Like so many I have concern with the "NEW Gino's". It is nothing like the old except for one major similarity, the same misguided Management Team. They authored the changes to the Hero Burger which cost a fortune to retrofit as well as the homestyle phase prior to the sale to Marriott Corp.
They are way overpriced now and rival the cost structure of Red Robin! I feel for the Franchise owners as they are thinking that return business is in the bag. The newness is over in Towson and the store is seldom very busy. Guess what, they open a new store in Perry Hall which will cut once again into the customer base. Oh yes, the Perry Hall location has had multiple restaurants close over the past few years. The exact location was a Wendy's which closed. The PA management group gave great advise to the new franchise owner!
I am very concerned with this style of Gino's.
