Subject: I use a vintage non-stretch fabric bathing suit bottom pattern for all my kick pants-- no adjustments when using stretch fabric. But then, this makes the blousiery bottoms and not the cheerleading style kick pants. There are commercial cheerleading uniform patterns available in the costume section of McCalls, Simplicity, etc. Kwik-Sew makes the best stretch fabric patterns for dancewear.
