But it looks great closer-up and audience member often want to come look at our dresses after a show. I would be embarrassed to wear a dress that only looked good from far away. Subject Author Date I guess that is a matter of preference, but in this case we are not talking about a custom dress where the OP has already paid. It is a USED dress. With today's economy however, if one of my customers ask my opinion I tell them the truth. If a dress is poorly made, not reasonably current or in good shape it's much more of an expense.
