I'm looking for a puffball or ruffle pattern. We have a dress that fits great but are looking to switch it out to a soft skirt ASAP.I have two tailors who can make a new skirt to replace the old one, but they would like to see a pattern. Any ideas where to find a pattern for a ruffle/puffball dress or at least a bubble skirt? I've searhced the internet but couldn't find any-thanks! Subject Author Date there are only commercial patterns for this. Most dressmakers make their own patterns or alter a commercial one.
