Subject: This is just my opinion, but some DM's use too much stabilzer or stiffener in their skirts. I've had dancers ask me to take some out, which is difficult at best to do. Do they look fabulous? Absolutely. But do they "dance well"? Perhaps not. Sew the number holder to the tab.

Is it getting stuck on her tummy? Cut it down at the waist, in a curve. Some dressmakers still leave the stiffener straight across the waist. Otherwise, is the waist seam too tight? Let out the dress at the waist. Also just bending and flexing the panel so it is less stiff can help. (NT)All of these could helpSunday, May 27, 11:23:28pm
