Global Expedited will only allow me to insure up to $650 in valuation, which isn't enough for a new dress. Using the UPS calculator, it would cost more than $310 to ship and insure this package. I ended up using their Global Express Guaranteed service where it gets transferred to Fed Ex in the UK.
