Subject: The phone clerks at FedEx aren't much help, either. Clearly, either the governments of the US/UK want to make shipping packages as difficult as possible or FedEx is erring way, way on the side of caution. I have the feeling I could ship arms to a terrorist nation with less difficulty than a dress to the UK (just kidding Homeland Security, if you're reading this)
