Subject: For what it's worth, check out Tajima as well. I had better luck with them in terms of pricing and delivery and flexibility than Pantograms and they have the X-panto hoop as well.

Just received a reply. Apparenty I have to use a Canadian distributor unless I have an Eastern US shipping address... didn't even entertain my questions about costs or duty etc. I thought they were an international company???     Sure. I have a Neo2 with the X-panto frame and extended table (for the frame). My understanding is that the Tajima Neo2 and the Toyota 9100 are the same machine and were a joint effort. (NT)TrishSaturday, February 11, 04:20:28am
