Subject: It may depend on how you run your business. If you have several dresses that you are working on at the same time it might make more sense to assemble one dress while you are stitching out another one. But if you are working on one dress at a time, I think it would be more practical to work on the assembly of the bodice while the skirt is being stitched out or visa-versa. Also with smaller hoops you can get a tighter fit so there is no puckering rather than having to use sticky back stabilizer.
