Subject: Oh good grief! Don't do it! They obviously need to learn that the small dressmakers are NOT put here to be trampled! ugh! I've had my share of crazies. You need to set your boundaries. I don't guarantee any alterations after delivery. If I think its wrong I will do it, but otherwise too bad. Once its worn, nothing. I never take returns. If it was worn at Os they should have been paying you for all alterations after that. Stand your ground! *crazies*
