Almost all skirts are made with stiffened underpanels to give them the right structure and look. (NT)Often tulle is added as well.Monday, October 06, 10:47:40pm

I suggest you have a ggod look under some skirts of dresses at a feis to understand how the underpanels are constructed to give the skirt the right look (NT).Wednesday, October 08, 04:35:28am
