Subject: Too wide and they snag unless a line of crystals gets glued to it. Some of the really wide looking embroidery is really multiple narrower rows of satin stitching, and I have also seen the really wide with a straight stitch down the center to hold in place.

I usually split the column width for anything wider than 7m, but I guess I'm just wondering if thats overkill. I'll have to experiment of course, but was hoping some other people might have opinions on how width the satin stitch can be before it is "too wide". (NT)OPMonday, October 27, 06:51:32pm
