Subject: I thought there was a rule that the skirt front had to be a continus piece. I assume there were a few problems with gaps when the old gladiator skirts were in fashion.

I made 2 of the gladiator skirt dresses for dd. She really liked to dance in them. When she kicked or cut, her leg would come out between the panels. I think there is so much overlap on the newer 3 panels, legs do not come out between them. They are easy to dance in (NT)The old style was "outlawed"Friday, November 21, 09:15:18am
