Subject: Fast fix--Joann fabric store, bridal section, get a pearl headband, crisscross blue and black ribbons over, glue rhinestones where ribbons cross, hair elastics around the ends so you can bobby pin through them to secure. 20 minutes work or less and cheap, still classy looking.
