Subject: I think that perhaps the skirt panels can be reworked too, to form a separate skirt? Might be nice with the right top above it for shows and displays?

I reused the snaps! The rest of the skirt was returned whole to the owners. The DD couldn't stop talking about the difference in weight and how she couldn't wait to dance in the new skirt "it'll feel like a cloud"! (NT)LynnOHFriday, July 25, 09:56:33am
