Subject: Thanks. I was just thinking about if you do something really small, non-dress related like a shirt etc. Do you switch out the hoops or just make do? Or not do the small item at all?

In reply to: Sonia 's message, "I try not to run anything less than a full hoop, but sometimes it isn't possible. Sometimes I have one cape or something to do but it wastes stabilizer. As to the outline stitch, yes, I do outline the area to be embroidered to hold it in place." on Wednesday, December 07, 11:26:12pm

And can you use the same stabilizer that you would in regular machines or is there a special brand for the machine? (NT)..Thursday, December 08, 10:08:15am

I haven't done this, but for that I would switch out hoops. Twenty minutes of readjusting just seems worth it. Thats a lof of stablizer! I buy mine from allstitch, link posted above. Everyone has different preferences, so experiment a bit until you find what you like. (NT)--Thursday, December 08, 10:24:54am
