Subject: Skirt question! So, I love the new Gavin skirts that are soft and about 3 layers deep or so. You can see quite a few on the Eire Facebook page. Now, my question is, does anyone know if these are done with fishing line like the original cupcake skirts or do they appear to be gathered at the waist with a high tension finish at the hem? If anyone has any input, I'd love to hear :-) I love the look of them, very whimsical! Author: thanks in advance.
