I think you have to work out your own policy. Mine might not work for you, for a whole variety of reasons. (NT).Wednesday, March 05, 03:12:18am

No return on custom dresses. (NT)..Wednesday, March 05, 08:41:20am

I do have my own and I've been tweaking to what works better for me. I'm just curious. (NT)JbdWednesday, March 05, 10:29:12am

If you are just starting up in this business, then I think your most important asset is happy customers. I would go out of my way to ensure every customer is pleased with their dress and with the price they pay. Keep your prices low till you have the details of style, skirt sit, sizing and design/embroidery all excellent, with a string of happy customers passing on the good word about you. There's no quick route. (NT)It all takes time.Wednesday, March 05, 03:32:53pm
