Subject: Thanks. The payment came without my requesting it, which i didn't know that could happen. I called PayPal just to make sure. Every thing is OK. It is the shipping that shocked me, UPS wanted $260!? Ended up sending through the Post Office and crossing my fingers that it will get there.

In reply to: - 's message, "To answer your first question. Yes, they can pay by paypal from anywhere and in any currency. Just be aware that if they pay by credit card you will be chared I think 3.5% in fees. Most scammers use Western Union, so via paypal you should be fine as paypal is pretty secure in that respect except for the dreaded disputed payment. Could you ship the dress to them whilst they are still in the US?" on Wednesday, March 19, 01:13:09am

Yes, anyone with your email address can send you money via paypal, even if you don't have a paypal account. For future sales, you do not have to accept the payment, you can reject the payment or refund it and it will be sent back to the sender. Post office will be fine, I have send all of my dd's used dresses overseas and they all make it, only use the post office as it's the cheapest way. (NT)-Wednesday, March 19, 03:45:02pm

Purchase insurance for the full value of the sale and REQUIRE A SIGNATURE upon receipt to avoid a claim against non-delivery. USPS is the way to go. Wrap the dress in plastic. Put an invoice in the box in case the mailing label is damaged. On customs forms list the dress as (NT)UsedThursday, April 10, 11:57:01am
