Saw it up close on Gavin's stand at worlds. It's a fabric made of strips of red chiffon attached to a base. The strips are not sealed in any way though, so up close you could see they were already starting to fray. Not sure it would be a great option in the long term (NT):-STuesday, April 22, 12:18:40am
