We all work in different ways! I guess I also think that it's not easy to "spot" a difficult client - I worked with a client for the first time recently, although I knew her - quite well - through ID. I was amazed that this normally relaxed personality was anxious and neurotic about "THE DRESS"...and I see this problem increasingly. I pay great attention to my dressmaking and have excellent workmanship, but I think far too many people put far too much store by the dress...it is the dancer that does the dancing, not the dress. TCRGs that promote the idea that the dress is "everything" create a great deal of angst for dressmakers, dancing mothers and dancers alike. Subject Author Date I completely agree with you! I am very very against the idea of having a "database" of problem people. Different people communicate differentely, and there are a few that won't communicate with anyone - but there are dressmakers like that too....
