Subject: I think the real PITA's are easy to spot after one or two emails with them. It is the "lurking" kind of trouble you don't want. This might sometimes even include "problem" TCRG's...There are always 2 sides to a story as well, so once you are on the blacklist as a customer, how will you get removed?
