She is very small, needing a 9.5 inch skirt and other proportionately small measurements so I'd like to make a personal visit with whoever makes the dress. We have tried the "used" route - I bought the smallest dress in the World - really - and had it altered to "fit" (by a tailor experienced in ID alteration but not construction). It does not work. Such small dancers have a nasty habit of sprouting up at the least convenient times.
