Subject: Skirt lengths - the minimum skirt length is not more than four inches above the knee level. It is hoped that the introduction of this rule will prevent excessively short skirt lengths ...... but it doesn't specify how this is to be measured and what part of the knee is it referring to - top of knee cap, middle,. Or how the leg should be - standing with 1 foot pointed or feet together????
