Subject: With embroidery, I'd go for black because navy always "looks" black, so I assume you are talking about a color for velvet. While I wear brown and coral together, I think a lot of girls nix brown. Black can look severe or Halloweenish, depending on the shade of coral. Here's a thought..what about an ivory or white velvet and coral lace..or even a shade of pink velvet with the coral, then ivory or white embroidery,
