This is driving me nuts too! When we were in NYC I came across that fabric. My hubby even commented that I can make a "Chicken Dance" dress. It was about $45 per yard. I am trying to visualize where er saw it and I think it MIGHT be Vogue Fabrics in the Fabric District. When you go from store to store, everything becomes a bluuuuuuuur.
