Subject: I agree. I've been doing this for a long time and customers this year have been brutal. I'm seriously considering finding a new line of work. OTR's are a waste of time as the market is saturated in my opinion. It used to be that my OTR's would sell almost immediately. Too many unrealistic expectations and lots of bullying going on.

Oh I am so pleased to see I am not the only one fed up with very demanding customers who want to micromanage every detail and think they know so much better than I do for their little dancer getting her first new dress. Some people are a sheer delight to work with, but others have made me seriously consider giving up this business. Two weeks ago I decided to increase my prices by 20% next year, and I'll see if that compensates for all the hassle! So nice to know I am not alone! (NT)!Thursday, November 21, 05:10:52am
