Subject: Oh I am so pleased to see I am not the only one fed up with very demanding customers who want to micromanage every detail and think they know so much better than I do for their little dancer getting her first new dress. Some people are a sheer delight to work with, but others have made me seriously consider giving up this business. Two weeks ago I decided to increase my prices by 20% next year, and I'll see if that compensates for all the hassle! So nice to know I am not alone!

    But, if I can say this without causing offence, I expect you still want a dress that has the right "look", right fabrics and colours and embroidery to look just like a BNDM dress, but much better made and better fitted, and at a much lower price! And did you send BNDM dress photos to your SNDM dressmaker for "inspiration", requesting a similar looking dress at the much lower price, delivered on time, with no need for alterations?
