This isn't irish related, but I know a lot of you use Bernina so hopefully someone knows whats up!

I made an in the hoop book mark, stitches outline, does design and satin stitch border, just like you'd expect. And I stuck 4 in a hoop. Tested it on my brother machine, stitches just like you'd expect. watched redraw in software, stitches just like you'd expect. Sent it to someone with a pfaff (vp3 format) and its doing something really weird. Instead of stitching the whole color/box at once like it should, its stitching the right side of the hoop, then the left side of the hoop. Jumping back and forth, not completing things it should. Its the same design saved in two different formats. So I'm guessing there's a glitch somewhere? Why would it be doing this? Has anyone experienced this and do you have any ideas? Thanks!

Did you check the file you sent? If it is fine on your end, then they opened it in their software and something got changed and saved. Have them send the file back to you so you can see what is going on. (NT)**Tuesday, January 21, 08:31:15pm

Does it stitch out the whole design? If it does, I wouldn't worry about it flipping back and forth (NT).Tuesday, January 21, 09:07:36pm

she just put it straight on her machine. She tried just letting it flip flop but it didn't stitch out right. I double checked the design, did a slow redraw in two different embroidery programs. Changed format and put it on my machine. All those worked fine. It must be how her machine is reading it? But I sent her a single bookmark file and it stitched that perfect.
