Subject: Neon fuschia?

I'm on a hunt for a really really bright fuchsia satin. I love the American Beauty twinkle/crystal satin, but its too light. So far, the fuchsia satins I have found (locally & SY fabrics) were either too dark, too red, or too flat.

Any suggestions? Celtic Start seems to use one a lot, and that is the shade the dancer is looking for.

did you try Sy's hot pink----it is more fuchsia than American Beauty (NT)bgThursday, January 23, 09:57:45am

You can try the American Beauty crystal satin over a couple of different shades of red, white or pink underlayment. That way you'll get the exact shade you want and it may be unique to your dress (not a CS copy) (NT)Try cotton, satin or polished cotton underlayments, tooThursday, January 23, 10:52:21am

Funny, I'm looking for a similar thing. Looking for a "raspberry" type pink satin and pink sequin skirt. Don't want the flo pink color we currently have - but more like the pink used in celic star as well. bright color, but more raspberry/fushia -- not purply though. Any suggestions. Found fuchia sequin on whitelodge but I'm thinking its too dark? (NT)another interested personFriday, January 24, 09:10:19am

I had the same issue. I purchased this from USA, I'm in the K and found it to be a quality dullish sheen duchess satin, very bright and embroiders a dream. Could you get a sample if in the USA? (NT)http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/320751335209 (dm)Saturday, January 25, 03:10:07am
