Subject: Hello thre. I have now made three senior dresses with stretch velvet for the skin tight look the girls go for. To stop the stretch problem at the waist, which you don't want, I iron on medium interfacing, a band of say 2" wide. I have not had a problem since.

where does the band start and end? At the skirt top and 2" above? Or right in the middle? Does it show a line or ridge there when on the dancer? (NT)curious.Tuesday, July 14, 12:32:38am
