 I am making a dress with a soft skirt for my daughter. Where is the best plasce, with fast delivery, to buy a petticoat for it. Thanks.

If you can make a dress you can certainly make a petticoat. Got some tulle from the fabric store, cut it in lengths, gather it up and attach it to an old slip or just make your own lining with an elastic waist. If you want to fancy it up you can serge the edges of the tulle with or without fishing line. (NT)good luck!Sunday, November 01, 01:18:17pm
