Subject: My dd has a tutu that goes with her dress but its very hard & itchy & she hates it! Looking for the softer type ones online but I can't tell if they will be hard & itchy or not! what material do I need to be looking for or to avoid when getting one?

I make tutu's for under dresses. I use layers of the softer tulle that is not scratchy. You could add a layer of organza to your current tutu. (NT)ConnieFriday, August 08, 08:55:44am
