Subject: If you look at most of Gavin's or SR's soft skirt dresses, you'll see that they are either layers of soft material or else the 'soft' part is very small attached to a low panel - this is so that the skirt can be attached to a stiffened panel, giving the skirt it's shape. Also they are always made with a heavier, non-flimsy fabric.
