Hmm. Well then, that is a conundrum! I'm surprised elevation would make a dress like that unless it is a new "look" they are going for? Trying to start a new trend? Not a good idea from a business perspective because without the structured skirt, dressmakers from the pageant and ice skating world will be coming out of the woodwork to expand into the ID world.
