How can I split a satin stitch. For example: I want a satin outline to be .40 wide....but I'd like it to be split width wise either in 2 or 3? How can I do this? The .40 is too wide and will catch and snag...

The .4 is usually the stitch length. So .3 would have the stitches closer together. .5 they would be further apart. if you want them wider you need to adjust the width. (NT)How many mm do you want it to be?Thursday, August 22, 05:43:05pm

Maybe she means 0.4 inches? I think you can reset the software into inches. But I don't know how to split the width into 2 or 3 lines (NT)?Thursday, August 22, 07:30:47pm

Is this similar to what some of the newer dresses embroidery looks like? I'm seeing lots of double wide thick embroidery on the BNDM dresses. Are they digitizing each row are splitting one wide row? Would be interested in knowing also. (NT):))Friday, August 30, 07:42:29pm

Are you talking about the "Satin Special". I'm not sure it gives consistent straight lines, though. (NT)dmWednesday, September 04, 01:26:25pm
