The client can end up with a dress the tc likes and she dopesn't or worse the tc could turn her off it if tc jumps in towards the end. Many are quite particular about presentation/costume of their dancers. There is no reason that all can't be happy with the finished product, or at least have the opportunity to be somewhat involved. If the TC doesn't trust the dancer to make a good choice (or trust the DM to turn out a good dress), they will interfere at some stage. And if the TC doesn't do so before you start, heaven knows what will happen when you've already started. Either run or set a ver strict deadline and waive all responsibilities after that date. If the TC wants input and the client agrees to it, then I give a specific amount of time for the 'TC to communicate with me.
