Subject: Mens vests

 I am needing to make a vest with a side zipper so that there is no buttons/zippers on the front of the vest. I have been looking for patterns but no such luck. Does anyone know of a pattern that would work for me?

I have not seen one. But, couldn't you just put an invisible zipper in the side seam like is found on some evening wear? (NT)LynnToledoThursday, August 02, 08:22:08am
I've made one using a standard vest pattern. I just merged the front sections into one chest front (like a dress bodice) and put a separator zipper in one of the side seams. (NT)No special pattern requiredThursday, August 02, 12:34:15pm
