I don't agree. Skirts still have to be correctly proportioned and stiffened, just differently from the big old skirts. The physics is still important. Not so hard to work it out if you're familiar with construction, but I imagine very difficult for a new dressmaker (NT)!Tuesday, May 23, 06:05:25am
