Subject: Hoping you help with how much fabric to get... For the newer soft skirts for a U11, about how much fabric would you get for the skirt. Say a layered soft skirt. I know it won't be exact - but are we talking about 1-2 meters or much more than that?

Depends on if you must cut the fabric on the bias or not. I'd say usually 3 yards. (NT).Sunday, June 26, 10:22:11pm
I usually estimate about 1.5 yards for the top layer (11" skirt length including waist seam), 1-1.5 yards for each under layer depending on whether they are full or half length. 3-4 layers total. (NT)--Monday, June 27, 09:15:17am
