 The feisdress pattern, and vogue 8510 (vogue is out of print) are a good start for the bodice. You can modify the feisdress skirt to make a more modern rara, etc. You can join the yahoo dressmakers group, one of the members has posted a tutorial on how to make a rara. You will have to draw your own skirt and experiment. Good luck!
