Subject: For the sleeves you could add a cuff, you probably won't even need to add embroidery (after all, you hide the cuffs behind your skirt anyway). For the neckline I'd suggest taking the dress to a seamstress, simply to get a smooth line without 'buckling' of the satin stitch.

Or DIY: cut it lower & bind with satin bias tape
