Subject: For the super dropped waist look, I go to just above the hip bone - about where the top of low rise (not SUPER low) jeans hit. For a less drop waisted look, 2" below the natural waist (may not be at the belly button) works ok.

Forgot to add, you can also do it by math for the super dropped look, the skirt tends to be just over 1/3 the total dress length from the shoulder. (NT)above posterTuesday, May 05, 10:53:18pm
