Firstly I hope the link work. It is a dress made by Sue McMullen and I have seen a few similar online recently however I can not make a mental picture of how it is made. Does anyone have words of wisdom. Thanks in advance

Looks like a flat panel with three layers of cupcake lace/embroidered panels sewn on, then the pseudo dropped waist piece sewn on top of that. (NT)RFriday, May 08, 06:37:14am
