Subject: Sorry to bring this back to the top of the board - I don't wish to re-open the discussion about whether or not people like the style, but I've been asked to make a dress in this style but haven't seen one in person. Can anyone tell me whether the skirt is built on any kind of foundation, or is it just simply built up tiers of very ruffled organza?
