After listening to my 97 tls rattling for some time I decided to check the valve clearances there was one that needed a 0.10mm thicker shim which I replaced all the tappet clearances where fine so I put the thing back together only to find it still rattled.
Any ideas what it could be, sounds like its coming from the rear cylinder head. The bike runs fine and has plenty of power.
