There is a site called www.tastynuts.com. British firm. It has steering stem bolts in titanium and aluminum, take your pick. I've ordered stuff from them and one time they mistakeningly left a bolt out of a package I ordered. I emailed them and they mailed one bolt in an envelope from Enland! It took 2days! No questions asked.
I've purchased titanium replacement bolts for different parts of the bike (TLR) and they fit perfectly.
Anyway just an idea instead of a sticker to cover up a rusty bolt, Gene
